Professor Stevo Pasalic was elected the Rector of the University of East Sarajevo at the meeting of the Senate held on March 22, 2018. Two candidates, who met all the requirements, applied for the competition for the selection of the Rector of the University of East Sarajevo. Out of 28 members of the Senate, 20 voted for the election of professor Pasalic.
Professor Stevo Pasalic was elected on October 2, 2017, as the Acting Rector of the University of East Sarajevo.
Rector Pasalic is a full-time professor at the Faculty of Pedagogy in Bijeljina, University of East Sarajevo.
