Cooperation of the University of East Sarajevo with the Tokyo Agricultural University

The University of East Sarajevo and the prestigious Tokyo Agricultural University of Japan have signed, through the Embassy of Bosnia and Herzegovina to Japan, a Cooperation Agreement precisely defining the directions of joint activities in the next five years.

The official signing ceremony of the agreement, in the presence of Rector Katsumi Takano, Ambassador of Bosnia and Herzegovina to Japan H.E. Siniša Berjana, vice-rectors and professors of Tokyo university, was organized on October 1, 2020.

After the signing ceremony, Ambassador Berjan, given the circumstances caused by the COVID-19 pandemic and the impossibility of personal presence of the leadership of the University of East Sarajevo, presented a gift to the Rector of the University of Japan on behalf of the Rector Prof. Dr. Milan Kulić, with the symbolism of the agricultural potential of Republic of Srpska.
