The Rector of the University of East Sarajevo Prof. Dr. Milan Kulić and Vice-rector for Science, Research and Development Prof. Dr. Jelena Krunić met with the delegation of the University of Montenegro, led by the Rector Prof. Dr. Vladimir Bozovic on December 16, 2021.
The reason for the meeting, held at the Rectorate of the University of Montenegro, was to intensify cooperation between the two higher education institutions in the context of joint action in research projects and exchange of information that would contribute to improving scientific and cultural knowledge.
In June 2021, the University of East Sarajevo and the University of Montenegro renewed a four-year Cooperation Agreement based on academic cooperation in education, research and other areas of common interest in line with the Bologna Declaration and European Higher Education Standards.
The Rector of the University of Montenegro Prof. Dr. Vladimir Božović expressed his satisfaction with the visit of the delegation of the University of East Sarajevo.
The Rector of the University of East Sarajevo Prof. Dr. Milan Kulić pointed out that good cooperation with the University of Montenegro, dating back to 2011, was of great importance, but also that he would strive to raise cooperation to a higher level, because the University of Montenegro was an important partner.
